We are, however, not a compliance company, and all website content must be reviewed and approved by your compliance officer as applicable based on your firm’s specific regulations.

How does pricing work?
Just like your client’s needs differ, every firm’s needs are different which is why we don’t provide cookie-cutter, packaged services. We will start by sharing a project questionnaire so we can learn more about your firm, visitors, and website objectives. If you have an existing website, we’ll review it to better understand how it was built and what features or functionality it has (Calendly, blog posts, integrations, etc.) that may impact your project. From there, we will present a customized proposal that outlines everything you’re looking for – with no unnecessary add-ons.

What WordPress support do you offer?
As part of our WordPress maintenance program, we offer an insurance policy for your website. If the website is hosted and maintained with our team and the site goes down for any reason – including client error – our team will take responsibility and restore it.
You won’t find this type of support on any standard hosting or WordPress maintenance plan.
Customer service is extremely important to our team. As one of our clients, you’ll have a dedicated development coordinator/account manager, so you always have a main point of contact for questions and support.
What does TinyFrog’s hosting and maintenance include?
All of our WordPress maintenance packages include secured hosting on servers specifically designed for WordPress, with built-in security and performance monitoring.
Our dedicated WordPress support team performs routine technical maintenance, including periodic review and application of available updates for the WordPress core, theme, and plugins.
Routine maintenance helps support website security, stability, and performance. Some tools may require work beyond a standard software update, and we will provide a separate recommendation or scope for approval when applicable.
Do you only maintain WordPress sites?
Yes, our servers are optimized for WordPress. If your site is not a WordPress site, we specialize in WP conversions and are happy to discuss the benefits of converting. If you’re not sure if your website is on WordPress, contact us.
What if I need other design or development work done on my site?
